Work Sample of grade V

During the unit “How We Express Ourselves” the learners used  audio books/resource books/E books to get an in-depth understanding of the work and style of a chosen author and explore the various factors that influence the writing or work of that particular author. They participated in group, pair or individual author-study . To gather new ideas and information ,they used various ways like research organizer OR  placemat Chart OR attribute chart . Learners reflected on their research work on the following criteria made by them.

(Name of the author, the book I looked at was, why did the author write the story this way, how is the story linked with my everyday life-The factors I feel would have affected his/her work/story).
