Miri-Piri is a concept that has been practiced in Sikh religion since 17^th century. The adoption of the term “Miri-Piri” is a concept that has been made to commemorate the temporal and spiritual aspect of the human soul. Guru Hargobind by wearing the two kirpans of Miri & Piri endowed on the Sikhs the importance of these two important aspects of life.
