CACA project Workshop

Children are also citizens. They, too, have rights like other citizens. They also have special rights called child rights. An empowered child changes everything! The National Policy for Children 1974, Government of India, declares that the children are the ‘supreme asset of the nation’. Project CACA, i.e. Children Against Child Abuse, is a right-based project.

A workshop on Mental Health was organized on 13th December 2022 for teaching and non-teaching staff of the Baru Sahib Campus. Ms. Pratibha Sharma Clinical Psychologist from the CACA project was the resource person. She discussed the meaning, causes, and symptoms of mental health. Further, she also discussed the intervention programme to overcome stress.
